Findings are reported as measured; adverse results are never softened or held back.

Reporting and documentation are handled remotely for all destinations.
Scope and limits of inspection
- Sampling follows USDA Hay Market News and forage protocols. Sampling a lot cannot guarantee the condition of every bale in it.
- Laboratory results are issued by accredited partner laboratories, not by AGROFIELD. AGROFIELD reports and interprets them against the buyer’s specification.
- Buyer-specification parameters (CP, ADF, NDF, RFV, moisture, colour, weeds, bale weight, dimensions, packaging) are agreed in writing before each shipment.
- AGROFIELD inspects, measures and certifies. The commercial decision to accept or reject a lot remains with the named buyer.
- The certificate covers the bales sampled and inspected, not bales never presented for inspection.
