1. About this website

The website agrofieldgroup.com is operated by AGROFIELD S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (“AGROFIELD”, “we”, “us”), which provides independent inspection of animal feed and forage exported from Europe to the Middle East and North Africa. You can contact us at office@agrofieldgroup.com.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Information only

The content of this website describes AGROFIELD’s services in general terms. It is provided for information only. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract. The scope of each inspection is agreed with the client in writing for each shipment.

3. Inspection services

Inspection services are governed exclusively by the written agreement and inspection plan agreed with each client. They are subject to the scope and limits of inspection described on the About page, in particular:

Sampling cannot guarantee the condition of every bale in a lot.

Laboratory results are issued by accredited partner laboratories, not by AGROFIELD.

AGROFIELD inspects, measures and reports; the commercial decision to accept or reject a lot stays with the buyer.

AGROFIELD does not buy, sell, broker, transport or store the goods and is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.

4. Client portal

The client portal is available only to users invited by AGROFIELD. There is no self-registration. You must keep your login credentials confidential, must not share them, and must tell us promptly at office@agrofieldgroup.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Files and data in the portal are confidential and are provided for the client company’s own use. You may not publish them or give them to third parties except as needed for the shipment concerned or as required by law.

AGROFIELD may suspend or block access at any time, in particular if these terms are breached or security is at risk.

The portal is provided as a convenience. If the portal differs from the signed documents or the written agreement, the signed documents and the agreement prevail.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website or portal you must not:

try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;

disrupt, overload or probe the security of the website, the portal or their infrastructure;

scrape or systematically copy content by automated means;

upload or transmit malware or other harmful code;

use the website in breach of any law.

6. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, photographs, logo and layout of this website belong to AGROFIELD S.R.L. or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the website and print or download pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Reports, photos and other files delivered to a client under an inspection agreement are governed by that agreement.

7. External links

The website and portal contain links to third-party services, including news articles on external sites, VesselFinder maps and WhatsApp. These are provided for convenience. AGROFIELD does not control them, is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and does not endorse them.

8. Limitation of liability

The content of this website is provided “as is” for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, AGROFIELD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.

Liability for inspection services is governed exclusively by the service agreement concluded with the client.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of them, for example for maintenance.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its date of last update, applies from the moment it is published. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
